Normally my family and i are not the type to complain about a business or in this case a physicians office. But today we experienced an unpleasant answer from the office. As far as one knows one cannot predict when we are going to be ill or need to be seen. One understands that last minute appointments are not always available. But when physicians are trying to keep their patients healthy and coming back to them. they should try to help them and not just send out the door and tell them " we don't know what you are talking about and we cant help you." This was very unprofessional in their part and it was very rude the way we were treated. Physicians are the people one goes to, to get better if sick or if one needs further care and referrals. I hope this experience does not happen to no one else. My family and will be looking for a new family physician.
P.s. the office need to hire people who enjoy their job and teach them to a little more pleasant
