This is the most unprofessional medical office I have ever dealt with.
I had an office visit in June. I then the country for the next 6 weeks on summer vacation. I returned to a voicemail from office manager stating
that my September appointment was cancelled due to lack of payment from my June appointment!! I called to explain that I was out of the country and would make payment that day. Office manager stated I should have alerted her I was leaving the country for 6 weeks…unimaginable….
I mailed funds that day, to cover the unpaid insurance portion. A total of 83.00. Also started looking for a new Dermatologist
One week later, I received a letter from a collection company requesting payment, that the office manager KNEW I was sending as per our conversation!! I have contacted the better business in regards to this office. Stay away!!
Money grubbing unprofessional staff to say the least!!
