I was comfortable in the waiting area as far as the climate. The staff especially Kate and then Donna for the echo area were the best ever. I was very comfortable and made to feel welcome and important. Everyone was friendly, pleasant and kind. Dr.Harper kept me on schedule and still spent time to examine, and talk with me. I didn't feel rushed and felt heard. I couldn't ask for a better Dr. or experience. Very comfortable and felt safe.
