I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Their office was really easy to locate, which made my whole experience even better.

Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. Time in the waiting room seemed to drag, and it probably wouldn't have if they had put some good magazines in there to look through. They had a couple of magazines, but there weren't many to choose from.
