I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They were ready for me as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to wait for my appointment at all. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
