The hygienist messed up my permanent retainer while cleaning my teeth. Therefore, my teeth shifted. They compared the x-ray before the cleaning and the picture of my teeth afterward. It was obvious that my teeth had shifted and my retainer was bent. They would not owe up to the mistake and referred me to an orthodontist. I was very disappointed. I am sure I am going to have to kick out more money to repair my smile. I will never use them again, nor would I refer anyone to them.
