This experience goes back to 1973 when a veterinary medical intern at Colorado State University. I went to Poudre Valley Hospital to see if I could gain some surgical insights and education there. The OR Supervisor said she would check with the surgeons. She said the surgeons would love to have me so after changing into scrubs she took me to the OR where Dr. Otteman and Wise were operating. They taught me much and I have been teaching these ever since. Thank you so much Dr. Wise! I am a board certified veterinary surgeon no over 30 years.
