They really make an effort to get to know their patients. They always address me by name, and we're able to pick up right where we left off at the last appointment. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I've always appreciated how flexible they are with their appointment times. They're willing to work with my schedule to make sure I get an appointment at a time that works for me. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
