Dr. Elaine saved my little girl. For reasons I still do not understand, we had become estranged. Perhaps it was because her older brother who suffers from anxiety, depression etc. took so much of the family energy. When we saw signs of manic depression in our daughter as well, we took her to Dr. E. There were drugs prescribed, parenting tips encouraged but it was Elaine's ability to listen and probe and hear and think and connect that brought the success we all experienced and led to my daughter's current work in a social field.

Dr. Elaine Sandler is excellent, both in her knowledge, experience, and personality. She has insight and practical suggestions to guide me in managing my mental health and daily life. I've been challenged and encouraged along the way- I've grown beyond my expectations. I have always felt safe to tell her anything. She sincerely cares about me. And she does the paperwork to make sure that my insurance company reimburses me for each visit.
