Office run like a wanna-be doctor. Asked to put on a hospital gown, had temperature and b/p taken (in a chiro's office?) waited 45 min in exam room. Dr Popkin popped his head in and said "taking a nap ,Princess?. Was examined & told he does not adjust on the 1st visit. Made appt to go over treatment plan. Receptionist called next day & said the dr will not be able to take my case. Would not provide a reason & hung up on me. Beware of this office.

Just as a side note, this business is conveniently located, right off the highway. Dr. Popkin made sure every single question I had was answered. Their staff is friendly and professional. I was really glad that they customized their treatment to address my condition instead of just giving me general adjustments. The only problem I had was that they mentioned (and I asked again to verify) that the first consultation was free and that my insurance might cover. At the end of my visit, my bill was $400. I don't mean that Dr. Popkin's services are not worth that, but I was not in the financial position to pay such amount of money. My advise, discuss consultation fees in advance and where do the free services end. I'm going back for my next treatment this same week.
