I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Dr. Ashbeck truly cares about you and is very genuine. I would recommend her to everyone!

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
