I have 25+ years of experience working with Doctors beginning in Naval Medicine and later being an administrator. Dr. O'Neill's office handled all of my wife's pregnancy and my son's delivery (it was the Nurse midwife who delivered him due to the rotation). The prenatal care was top notch and even after a few years, I still say this is one of the best providers we (the wife and I) have ever met.
