I am always impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here and with the friendliness of the receptionists. I very seldom have been put on hold for more than a very short time. My whole experience with this office has been excellent, starting with comfortable waiting room chairs and an abundance of current reading material. Dr. Machanic dresses in a very professional manner and conducts himself very professionally. He gets right down to business - the reason(s) I came to see him - and I have complete confidence in his expertise as a neurologist. I have read his medical credentials, which are most impressive. He also dictates medical reports immediately and sends them out very quickly - as fast as I have ever seen.
