If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I was frustrated after my appointment because none of my questions were answered. I would never visit them again. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. Dr. Griffin seemed more into his high tech computer system than in coming up with an accurate and timely diagnosis. They wrote my prescription wrong twice -- thank God I caught it. And, they took over a week to get back to me about xray results, then just had office staff read the report to me. She could not interpret the medical jargon or answer any questions. They felt uncaring and defensive, and acted like they're always right, customer wrong. They don't deal with complaints well; just get defensive and invite you to go elsewhere. They need to improve rather than defend.
