I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there.
