As others have said, Dr Snowden was cold. Having said that, I feel service rendered was good. She spent time with me. The real star in her office is Chris, a nurse. He is warm, efficient, effective, knowledgeable, and great upbeat manner. Brooklyn at the front desk was good too.

Their staff is very friendly and professional; I felt welcome. I was very satisfied with my visit with this doctor. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They were cold and not friendly enough. I didn't feel at home here. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They always return my phone calls pretty quickly, at least within the same day. I always know that I'll hear from them.

Dr. Snowden has a very dry and uncaring bedside manner. The only thing that has kept me there is having been able to see her nurse practioners, Julie or Lucianne. Lucianne has left the practice and Julie is the only NP left; however after my experience today with the the new receptionist Brenda I know that it is time to leave. The new receptionist Brenda apparently is as unprofessional as they come. According to her I didn't hear her when she asked if I would pay my balance (she never asked), I was going to make the payment after seeing the doctor, which I did. Brenda lied to the office manager prompting the manager to come to the patient room where I was waiting to have a biopsy and demand payment of $32 balance while I was there. The office manager didn't see anything wrong with her behavior or the fact that Brenda lied to her and Dr. Snowden stated that she could not get involved in these matters. I don't care for her lack of involvement and her uncaring attitude with patient care and now with her employees. If customer doesn't matter to you then this is the place for you; if it does matter, keep looking.
