As i called this office i quickly found the customer service for the last 6 years has been swirling around the porcelain bowl, but now is somewhere in the drain. The automated switchboard allows no customer assistance leaving you to drive down to the office as the only option.

Once at the office i find myself at a 2 hour plus wait. I am advised dr adler no longer works mornings and the pa bonnie works mornings but left to lunch around 11:30 and will not be back until 1:30. Thats right a 2 hour lunch and doesnt work during days according to their office staff.

I am advised the soonest i can actually get scheduled is 3:10. Mind you no doctors or pas are even here on a monday!? When i show i am upset i am asked to fill out new paperwork. Mind you i am not a new client nor is it my first visit this year.

In essence their front office is exceptional at poor customer service.

When bonnie or dr adler are present they are extraordinary... when they are there. It is always a crap shoot because remember you cant call because of the switchboard, the front desk( helpful as always throwing the doc and the pa under the bus either by necessity or pattern behavior for survival), and finally the "i am a medical professional" schedule( never available).

My only reason for staying is when i do see the dr or pa i get good care.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
