This was a short lived relationship with this practitioner. I have never felt so unwelcome in a doctors office before. I felt rushed and was treated as an inconvenience. I was only seen here once at which time I was told the office visit would be x amount of dollars which I paid at the time of service. I do Cary insurance however a week later I received a bill in the mail to the tune off $100 more than what I was told I would be charged. When I called in to have a prescription refilled I was told they would not help me until the bill was paid in full even though the due date for the bill had not arrived yet. So I paid it then over the phone just so I could receive my medication. At this time I was also told that I really needed to be seen for an annual exam etc. A couple months later I called in to have another script refill called in. At this time I had no balance due with this office. I was themn told they would not refill my medication until I came In for another visit!! I explained to them that my last provider only needed to see me twice a year at which time the lady on the phone raised her voice telling me she was the office manager and these are their rules like it or not. I told this woman I would no longer be needing their services and would need my file transferred when she replied FINE and hung up on me. This practice in my opinion is not about helping people. They are about the all mighty dollar and their only goal is to get you in that office as often as possible. I have never been treated with so much disrespect from a so called medical professional. I was relieved when she hung up the phone just so I didn't have to listen to her anymore. I would never recommend this office to anyone and have the right mind to file complaints where the are due.
