They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They are one of the most attentive psychiatrists I've ever met. They always remember me and my situation at every appointment, and make an extra effort to make me feel important and respected. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They are the most attentive psychiatrist I've ever met. They always listen carefully to whatever I have to say. They are extremely reliable, and have never canceled any of my appointments.
