Dr. Seitelman is one of the few doctors left who truly care for his patients and will go the extra mile to make sure they are taken care of. He went out of his way to help me even though I wasn't his patient (I had called as a brand new patient) and I highly recommend anyone looking for a high quality doctor who truly cares about his patients to seek an appointment with him.

I called Dr. Seitelman as a brand new patient to ask for an impromptu appointment (today or tomorrow because I was going out of town the day after next) since my old psychiatrist canceled on me. Dr. Seitelman told me that he was busy, bur proceeded to spend another 15 minutes on the phone giving me referrals (in order of ranking in which he thought I should call) and was so helpful, kind, and thoughtful.

At the end of the phonecall, he said that if none of the referrals were able to see me on short notice, he would work something out for me before I leave in 2 days. He is an absolutely excellent doctor and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a psychiatrist.

They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else.
