I don,t know what he is going down hill in patient service, follow up and care. Office does not return phone calls for appointments or questions. Even my pharmacy has problems in getting refills approvals in a timely, safe manner. Last time it took my pharmacy 2 weeks to get a hold of them. I went crazy with no melds due to his negligence and lack of care. Considering seriously to file a formal grievance with the medical board. Abandoned me without notice and explanation.
