ALWAYS ON TIME!
Dr Shakir and his staff are easy to reach in an emergency, he has an incredible knowledge and is invited all over the world to give lecture/conference. Dr Shakir has been treating me for Severe Fibromyalgia and bipolar (I am stabilized since I started to work with him (2008). It is a relief to know that I can count on him and associates to always be there for me when I need them the most, I always got an emergency appointment when I needed one.
They always have my best interest at heart. Every time I visit, I'm always given their whole attention throughout the entire appointment. They always go above and beyond to make me feel respected and important.

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Their offices was one of the easiest places to locate ever. I found it in minutes. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.
