Dr. Gilbert is the best, here's why. He is knowledgeable about natural alternatives for treatment of psychiatric issues and will try those before he resorts to pharmaceuticals IF he thinks that is appropriate. He is kind. I feel like he cares about me. I feel important to the office staff and like an equal, not like a patient. I trust him completely.

Whenever I see them, they make me feel like I'm their only client. I've always felt very respected. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. My only problem is that I am on a fixed income and I can't afford to see him when I need to therefore my mental health suffers. I feel bad when I go backwards after Dr. Gilbert has gotten me out of my depression and I can't afford to see him and I suffer because of it. He has helped me through the last 4 years of my life. Without him, I don't know what I would have done.
