Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with with exception of one lady at the front desk. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very comfortable the entire time. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I felt very taken care of.
