Be advised that Dr. David Lee Chittenden is a company bias, he'll do anything what the company tells him to do, he's ONLY MOTIVATION IS MONEY AND MORE MONEY!!.

When I called the Medical Board of California, he's name didn't appear in their list as an active physician nor much less as a surgeon as he said he still is. He must be way pass 80 years old. The Medical Board of California is like the DMV for the motorists, If you are
not registered at the DMV, then; could be that your licence is suspended nor don't have it.

I told my treating physician that my company had given me Dr. Chittenden for evaluator,
I asked my treating physician, what did he think about Dr. Chittenden; he looked me right at my eyes, his face has suddenly gotten so red and looked very angry; then he said:

CHITTENDEN IS A GOD DAMM LIER, A THIEF AND A COMPANY BIAS!.

I didn't know what to say, then my doctor said called sick and don't go, I was assigned this doctor so I didn't have a choice nor I could ask for another one, I had to go.

When I went to the appointment Dr. Chittenden never examined me properly like other doctors have done, he wasn't interested in evaluating my back, he had already been told by the employer in what to say.

He wrote a report saying that I didn't have anything, he also; commented in his report; that I had my nails dirty :), that I was wearing a pink head bandana, with sweat gray pants, that I didn't have any facial make up, things of that nature, things totally irrelavant to anyone in pain seeking for medical help.

His report are based on his evil mind's speculations and fallowing what the company tells him what to say. To me; Frankenstain was kind comparing with Dr. Chittenden, he is a demon from hell.

Please; If you have an appointment set with Dr. Chittenden, DON'T GO, CANCEL IT AND GET SOMEONE ELSE. AND PLEASE, PASS IT ON, I DON'T WANT NO ONE ELSE SUFFER WHAT I WENT THROUGH.

I'm reporting him to the Medical Board of California, but you know when you are a back pain sufferer, the worse thing is seating in front of a computer writing and preparing paper work.

I know it has to be done for the sake of others, the State has to know what this man is doing,
I have to do it.
