Dear Sir or Madam,

I am sorry for having caused to feel you that I was not interested in your condition and concerns at the time of your visit in 11/2011. I offer my apologies for my direct actions. if I hurt or offended you in anyway.

In regards to the staff helpfulness in the office, unfortunately I did not have any control on their behavior or attitude shown toward patients. I was working as an independent contractor for an oncology group, where unfortunately I had no influence on the staff's attitudes and direction. I still apologize for the way you felt ignored or ill treated by them.
