In order to make sure that i was getting the proper things done i had to contact them regularly, he was always about 45 mins to & hour late.He let me know that i was too small to deliver naturally and suggested that I think about a C-sec since it would be difficult for me to Del.(later I found out he was just cut happy) He scheduled my Del,he did not let my baby come naturally & instead he induced me (didn't know any better, this was my 1child) when i was checked in to the hosp he was not allowed to be my admitting Dr. because he was on a hosp "time out" he had not done his charts, i had my water bag & the first few procedures done by a completely different Dr.He finally is allowed to see me about 5 hrs later and he tells me that i am not dilating and he wants to do a C-sec. i fought him on it, but ultimately he won and i had a c-sec. i could feel the cutting and i lost a LOT of blood i had to get a blood transfusion! DO NOT GO TO THIS DR!! he does not care about his patients! This OBGYN was so archaic. They were barely computerized at all! They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. There sure was a line to get help at the reception desk. I think they could definitely improve their service with more staff. I always feel confident when I talk with the staff. They seem to really care about helping me and giving me the answers that I need. The background music in the office was terrible. Too loud and too obnoxious!

I wasn't promptly notified about my test results nor did I ever get a call. I had to call them myself to get my results. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else.

Never, they are very reliable.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Yes, and waited for me to answer before coming in

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
