Dr. Agnew has been my doctor for well over a decade. He delivered both of my babies and has always made me feel at ease. He is my everything doctor. My primary care physician, my gynecologist and was my obstetrician. I will stay with him until he decides to retire. His office staff is made up of his wife and daughters. I always feel more than at home there and look forward to my appointments.

The Dr. is very kind and his office was as well, until I called to let them know what they did removing a skin tag got infected 2days later. The Dr. at the office fixing the infection asked what happened and as I explained I realized they did not sanitize the area nor did the Dr. have gloves on when he was wiping my blood with his thumb. So no wonder it got infected. I called simply to ask why we did not sanitize and why Dr. Richard Agnew did the procedure and not his wife for she is the skin Dr. and he's the OBGYN. l called a return call from a rude Dr. Richard Agnew, very defensive and I simply said sorry for calling and hung up. My friend who recommended this office even was surprised that Richard did the procedure and not his wife, she stated I have only had the wife, was she not there? She was there so my question is why didn't she do the procedure? Not to mention he could not stop the bleeding this is when he wiped the blood with his thumb, the whole experience was unprofessional.
