Dr. Narpiko was so wonderful in our time of need. It was refreshing to see a doctor practice critical thinking instead of ordering a bunch of unnecessary tests. She explained my sons condition clearly and gave us practical strategies for coping.
She was friendly and made us all feel welcome. She took her time and even made a follow up call to check on my son. I am deeply grateful for my experience with her. I have been comparing all the other medical professionals we see to her and very few are comparable.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
