I went with my husband, after he had a stroke. Dr. Cohen was highly recommended by someone who had once worked in his office. She was right about him. He took his time. He listened to both my husband and me. He gave very clear feedback, educating both of us about what had happened, what could be done, and what we could expect. He was the only neurologist we saw that actually made me feel like we had finally gotten the whole story, based on the specific information we provided, medical tests we provided, and his in-office exam. I cannot recommend him enough. Neurologists are a strange breed. He is unlike most I've met. In the best ways possible.
They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
