DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!!
The receptionist is the DR's wife, and she is the most unprofessional person ever!!!!!!!!
Here's my story:
(Dr Ghoshal is my mom's neurologist.) I needed to change my mom's dr appt, so I tried to call a month ahead to change it. I called Mon, left a message, Called Wed, left a message. It is now Friday morning. I assumed they aren't going to call me back, so I arrange with my sister to take my mom to go see Dr. Ghoshal. Friday afternoon around 4pm, the Dr's wife calls and said that she had changed my mom's appt and why was I calling their office so much?" I asked "before changing someone's appt and giving them some random time or day, don't you guys call people back to confirm?" She blows up on me and yell over the phone "No, why do we need to confirm when you called to say that you can't make it to the orig. appt time? It's your kind of people (I'm asian) that don't take care of your parents and don't want to bring them to appts!!" I was shocked! Then she said "I don't want to deal with people like you and your bullshit! I'm cancelling the appt!" WHAT!!! REALLY????? I simply wanted to change my mom's appt time/date that's all!!!
And she said "my kind of people????" really????
