Dr. K does have a strong personality, but there was never an iota of doubt that she cared about me as a patient. I received great care and never felt like a number or a dollar sign.

Qualified for standard care only- ear infections, annual physicals, pap smears, etc... She is not qualified to diagnose or treat complicated medical emergencies. Ruptured ovarian cyst and internal bleeding > 3 days to diagnose while patient suffers. In addition, another more qualified doctor diagnosed a serious brain disorder requiring immediate surgery that this doctor failed to recognize after misdiagnosing for much too long. This poor care resulted in permanent nerve, muscle, and brain damage (among other things). A poor patient's life in ruins, while the doctor continues with business as usual.

The reason it is easy to get an appointment and she is often punctual is that she spends the alloted time with each patient, and no more (unless there are no patients waiting, as her office is empty due to poor quality of care). Low patient return rate due to doctor's rude & condescending demeanor and lack of proper diagnosis outweighing limited benefits.
