One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Not only were my questions answered thoroughly, I was encouraged to ask as many as I could. There was no rush to get me out and I left feeling very educated and informed. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
