Should be a 0 . Today was suppose to be my very first Appt. with Dr. Molina referred by Urgent care. I waited 4 weeks to be seen. Showed up early to fill out paperwork. Met the God AWFUL front desk lady also (made up office manager) shes the only one in the office. Was told that she cancelled my appt (nobody called and she acknowledged that ) and already given it away. I repeatedly asked to speak to the DR. Because I currently have a Hernia along with other issues and needed to be seen ASAP after waiting 4 weeks to get in. She was condescending and rude the entire time. After explaining to her the Urgency and the fact that she cancelled my appt in error and didnt notify me she continued to tell me there is nothing she could do and I could not talk with the DR. Me (obviously) upset at this time and in tears because i waited so long to get in stood my ground and stated I was going to wait until I could talk to the Dr to leave. She did not like that one bit. She proceeded to shuffle through her index cards and call security. She stated "I have a person here that is upset without an Appt and is not a Patient that needs to be escorted out" .. by the way I had my 6 and 7 year old little boys with me because Its summer break. EXCUSE me I DID have an appt that she cancelled and I WAS a Patient. She was the very worst disrespectful,rudest person I have EVER met in my life. Would not recommend to anyone if you cant stand unfriendly rude office staff. I am Filing a Complaint with the Board of Directors affiliated with the DR and The State of California and Insurance. This was considered a access to care issue. I needed to be seen and I was not allowed too. Expressed the urgency and she did nothing. I DID NOT CANCEL MY APPT SHE DID. I showed up the correct day and time even early like I was suppose to. I hope Dr. Molina Reads this and It would be nice for him to contact me Directly if he truly is a great Dr. I would imagine he wouldn't like his office to be know for having "that lady" you know the rude office lady. I will tell every single person I know about this experience and I hope to god something Urgent doesn't happen within the next few days. Than I will be taking legal action.
I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
