This doctor was wonderful when I first started to see her about 2 years ago. However, 2 months ago when I called to make an appointment I was told that, "She is on sabbatical and we don't know when she'll be back." I was quite surprised and saw a different doctor in that same office. 2 weeks ago I called again and was told that they "don't know when she'll be back." This is very puzzling to me as I have never had a doctor just disappear and nobody in her office will say a word. I have reluctantly found another doctor and will not be going back to Dr. Ghaussy's office again. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Their office equipment is in good shape - all very current and safe-looking. It put my mind at ease.

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
