I've been waiting for results from a capsule endoscopy that I was told would take 3 to 4 days. A month late and I'm still waiting! Sadly, this isn't the first time. On another occasion it took two weeks to get results that should have taken a couple of days, and on yet another occasion, it took them just shy of three weeks to find out about the availability of a scan. All of these have happened during a time that we're trying to identify a rare cancer that I've already tested highly elevated for on two occasions.

Dr Rowen is a nice guy and I'm sure he's a knowledgeable doctor, but he and his staff have let me down tremendously during a time that I'm nervous and struggling to stay positive. It's just not acceptable.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I was happy with the staff; they were quite friendly and made me feel welcome.
