They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them.
