I was billed $75 in addition to the office visit fee and I didn't know what it was for. I called and was told that during the consultation I complained of neck problems and that the Doctor spent considerable time showing me special techniques to alleviate the pain. I disagree with this statement. My recollection was that the Doctor did spend time talking about different pillows that might be causing the problem and did move my head and arms around, but is that worth $75???

The nurse agreed to ask the Doctor about the fee and when she called back she said that the Doctor was very offended by my comment and that please do not go back to him with back or neck issues. However they did reverse the charge.

Obviously I will not be going back to this office.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Yes everything was neat and sterile
