Dr. Chan is wonderful. She made sure every single question I had was answered. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The staff was pretty nice when I went for the visit but they are almost IMPOSSIBLE to get on the phone if you need to make an appointment or have a question. This is no reflection on Dr. Chan-- but seriously, someone needs to do something about the phone situation!
