Dr Robins is a good doctor. She takes time to listen. I don't always agree with her (she seems more "watch and wait", while I like to know "What if this doesn't help?" or "can I try X instead?") but I feel free to voice my concerns and ask questions and she is really listening. Her phlebotomist doesn't STAB you when she draws blood. She has a nice touch. Sometimes, the receptionist is a little rude, like I'm bothering her by coming in or asking about my copayment. Usually, the office runs on time (emergencies do happen), there's not much of a wait to get an appointment, I've had great success w/ the doctor's she refers to. One con is parking: you park in the pay lot of the local hospital. They don't validate parking. You can park elsewhere and walk in, but it can be a little far (if you're sick, that sucks).

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
