They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

The first time we visited Dr. Bedoya I got a good vibe from him. I could tell he genuinely cared for the health of our baby girl. He really does have a passion for what he does and that's what made our visit very enjoyable. The staff didn't make me feel welcome. I remember going in for the first time and whispering to my boyfriend that we would never go back there. Luckily, Dr. Bedoya ended up being so sweet and trustworthy that I wouldn't want any other doctor. I suppose the staff was simply having a bad day, it happens to the best of us.
