Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. They are rude and abusive to their patients. They talk crap on the people calling in right where everyone in the waiting room can hear them. When they send you for testing they never call you back, you have to hound them and take more abuse over the phone from them. You have to pay for parking and they don't validate it. The doctor doesn't call back when you leave a message.

He was my dad's primary physician and did not take care to have the right tests done to make sure everything was ok due to his condition. We questioned my dad's blood test results and was told it was normal. My dad recently passed away from cancer because his primary physician Dr. Blanco failed to test him and monitor his condition. We found out my dad had cancer when he was already pretty far along. I wouldn't trust this doctor

No, no one seemed to notice I was there

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
