Absolutely top notch in every way. Office very busy, because Dr. Willis is well known for working miracles, BUT staff professional, friendly and kind. He was clear about treatment plan and results proved beyond my wildest dreams. People guess my age as 10-20 years younger than I am! And he even "did" the backs of my hands!! When I went to see him, I thought my face was ruined for life from a horrific sunburn. Dark pigment kept appearing and reappearing and, frankly, my worry was so extreme that I never gave my hands one thought. The gal who recommended him never told me of his fame or reputation, but what luck!
