I had a small chemical spill on my face at work. The exact places this chemical landed on my skin discolored it a light grey color. I went to Dr. Thomas Kim because the other doctor in their office doesn't accept new patients. Dr. Kim told me that these new grey spots on my face weren't due to the chemical, but from a rare skin condition that men get from a high level of estrogen?! I waited for over 45 minutes to be seen, and finally for the 3 minutes I was seen by him he never listened. He would seemingly ask the exact questions that he would've had the answers to, had he simply listened....and finally in the end without listening to me for a 4th time gives me a prognosis like that? No way would I recommend him to anyone I care about.

I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
