As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. I had minimal confidence that my concerns were fully and properlyaddrss. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all, but I had to wait forever to get to actually see the doctor. He was very late. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored.
