They take the time to address every concern of mine, even when I ask them to explain information that I read in a medical book. They are committed to helping me find the best solution. They didn't pressure me for unecessary services. They take pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I have been going to this doctor for several years now for my original cancer and for follow-up.

Dr. Friedman is rude and arrogant and doesn't want the patient to talk or ask questions. He rushes through his exams and gives only a cursory and very incomplete "yearly skin checkup." He doesn't explain anything, including how long a lesion will take to heal after a procedure or what to expect during healing. He might have graduated summa cum laude and teach at UCLA, but he is clueless about connecting with his patients. I give him a big fat zero for interpersonal skills and am looking for another doctor.
