They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.
