This office is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very pleasant. Dr. Conrad is very soft spoken and professional. Explains things so that he is understood and is open to questions. My experience has been one of complete satisfaction. He has not only controlled my blood pressure, he has motivated me to continue with a consistent exercise regime and to quit smoking.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
