I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are.
