They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
I like Dr. Rosengren's "old school" style.
